Buying and/or selling a house can be exciting and fun, but at times can be confusing.  As a buyer you may have questions about financing, inspections, past sale prices etc.  And if you are a seller is now the time to sell,  what can you do to make your property stand out from the competition?  Lets sit down and review the buying or selling process, explain some of unknowns to you.  In other words to get a game plan together so you know exactly what to do and when.  

Sometimes buyers or sellers are apprehensive about calling an agent (or me) to get started because they are not sure what is involved, and don't want to awaist an agents time.  That is the most ideal time to call because the more information you have the better your decisions...and after all you've only invested a small amount of time so what are you waiting for?

My backround is all Real Estate.  I grew up in a Real Estate family and I've sold full time since graduating Penn State University 20 years ago.  Do you think 20 years experience of negotiating with buyers, sellers, home inspections, other agents can be used to help you?
